Are you doing anything special for Valentine's Day this year?
My Answer:
Since our Mondays are hectic with scout meetings, we will be celebrating Valentine's Day on Sunday. I always have a special meal where everything is either pink or heart-shaped. For dessert, we have Valentine Napoleans. I also get a small gift for each of the kids. This year I am thinking about heart shaped pizza meatloaf with mashed potatoes dyed pink with a tiny bit of beet juice.

Oh your meal sounds great. We will have a great in home meal. However we tend to celebrate the whole month,lol. I wrote about it and our menu on my Kitchen site
Nothing special but I will be giving lots of hugs to my hubby and kiddos on Monday. More than usual that is.

WE aren't doing anything special really. The day before we are having our Vday dinner and then on Vday we are doing to Ikea...and having a movie night at home
I might do something with the kids but I have nothing planned because hubs wont be here.

Monday's are really busy days for us too. Jillian has dance class and Emily has confirmation class so anything will be rushed anyway.
