At our house, we use Kerrygold butter because it comes from pastured cows. Studies have shown CLA is higher in pastured butter. The color of Kerrygold butter is bright yellow. When you compare it to the pale yellow store-brand butter that came from factory farm cows, I feel it is worth the extra cost.
